Married!

Hello everyone! Its been forever since I've posted and so much has changed- the wedding has come and gone, the honeymoon has been spent and Mike and I have moved into our new home. Its exciting but very challenging at the same time. Weekends are spent running errands to transform our house to a home and of course, there just never seems to be enough time. But I'm still loving every minute though - it feels good to be Mrs. Lee.

My weekdays used to consist of going to work, coming home around 7, then eating dinner in front of the tv until it was time to go to bed - which was anywhere between 1 -2 AM. Now, I get into work earlier so I can come home and cook dinner with my husband. Then its clean up time, and maybe a little TV but most times, we do a Walmart or Target run. I still don't get to bed until 1:30 but I feel more productive and am completely spent by the end of the day. Hopefully it'll get better once we're more settled. There's still so much to work out though - we still haven't figured out the finances. Thats going to be an all encompassing evening.

Hmmmm... I thought I had more in me but thats all I want to share right now. Its weird how you come to the blogging table with many thoughts but only leave few.

One down... million more things to go

I think I have the cake table done. I know what the cake will look like, I have the toppers and I know what decorations will be on it. I know that its not much and just one table out of 50 but it feels good to have something completely done. Now if only the rest of the things went as smoothly... sigh
