The recession has hit and DC restaurants have taken noticed. Until Friday, some of DC's finest restaurants have instituted the Appetite Stimulus Plan. Its similar to Restaurant Week where you can get a 3-course lunch meal for $24 or a 3-course dinner for $35. A full list of participating restaurants are listed here:
